How we work
New builds are where the difference between a competent builder and an excellent one shows up clearest. The fundamentals — foundations, frame, weathertight envelope — set everything else up. We sweat those stages because we know what they cost to put right later.
We work as main contractor: we run the programme, manage subcontractors, hold the site safe, and report progress in writing each week.
